My Dad had an issue with an incorrect balance on a gift card for an item he returned. I called the store and spoke to the manager, TerryAnn. I let her know he would be coming in the next morning. As soon as the doors opened he said I'm here to see TerryAnn and she knew exactly who he was without ever meeting him. She corrected the problem and her and my Dad joked around. She made him feel special and he was so happy she helped him. We need more people like TerryAnn. Thank you TerryAnn.

Found AMAZING items here! Got 2 sturdy luggages for half the price they were in Macys along with other great quality items like linens and bags. Specifically to make my trip even more special, cashiers Michelle & Levine are very kind and helpful too! The lady over at the Fitting Room was so sweet as well!
