TERRIBLE customer service. I went for a in store credit exchange and they would not allow me to return the merchandise because they said it was a hair curler and it had touched my hair. It had not it was too large for my hair. Then I SENT IN MY BOYFRIEND TO RETURN and all of sudden the lady wanted to return the merchandise? Mmmm sounds like she had issues with women? And should not he working retail if they are going to pick and choose who the allow refunds too. Very unhappy. I was there on 1/15 at 130pm. 2 ladies at the front counter.

"Updating" a Marshall's review is kinda cheating since it's a new store every time I visit. Today I found sweat pants for the woman of the house, anime gear for the middle daughter, peppercorns for the kitchen, amazing deck chairs, and a blueberry syrup we'll try on pancakes tomorrow.

Loads of stuff in the store but loads of garbage to walk through outside of store. Was prepared to spend loads of money but got followed by staff the entire time, so that kept the fun of shopping to a minimum and the money was spent somewhere else. The bathroom did have someone's dirty clothing in it.....
