Dr Iversen and the entire team are great. He's very thorough and he's very straight forward with my Dad who's in his 80's and that's exactly what my Dad needs. And I appreciate that too. I don't need someone who's "soft" and "mild" I want to know the truth and what's going on. My dad and I trust him, and my Dad will continue going to him. Dr. Iversen has turned my Dad's life around and the way that my Dad looks at appointments, medical issues, and taking good care of himself. I will be forever grateful.
Dr. Iverson has been my primary care physician for over 6 years; over this time, my respect for and appreciation of his thorough professionalism has grown steadily - to the point that I can say currently he is the best primary doctor I have ever had. (I am 73 and have had considerable experience with several different providers.) Any accurate assessment of this doctor's practice would underline acutely-concentrated listening and comprehensive, directly-worded explanations. The emphasis here is on "direct." Appointments are devoted strictly to the situation at hand; there is no time spent on unnecessary conversation. The result is a strong sense of security that my concern is being assessed with the strongest degree of focus possible. At the same time, there is never any feeling of being "pressured" into any one type of treatment or medication for what has been diagnosed: if multiple options are available, they will all be thoroughly explained with the patient having final choice (making the decision) about what will be done or prescribed. In sum, I would strongly recommend Dr. Iverson to anyone looking for "cut-to-the-chase" comprehensiveness as the result of single-minded concentration on the concern presented.
