I was grateful when a technician was available to come out during a timeframe that better suited my work schedule and personal obligations. Roger was incredibly useful, offering guidance for potential future AC issues, and he didn't leave until I had received the emailed receipt. This top-tier company has a fantastic team that includes exceptional hvac technicians and office staff. hvac professionals, Ayden and Theodore, displayed outstanding professionalism, together with Miguel in the office who carefully went through every tiny detail to help me identify the right hvac system for my house. Ayden ensured success with his precise calculations and expertise, and subsequently, the old 25-year-old gas hvac furnace was replaced with a modern electric heat pump hvac system. This upgrade qualified me for a $2000 federal tax credit, thanks to the heat pump. The new system has already started saving me money with its high efficiency. The installation process was conducted with the highest level of professionalism by Martin & Sons HVAC Company. The XV80 Train variable speed heating system they fitted is noticeably quieter than the system I had before. Moreover, the ductwork was managed with the same exemplary professionalism. Miguel, their technician, was highly skilled and could answer all my queries. He even assisted in pairing the system with my existing Nest thermostat.
