A man name Victor Martinez knocked my door and promised that he can fix my iron gate for a labor fee $550. Then he said he need to buy the motor sensor and the remote controls. He said the motor sensor is $80 each and the remote control is $140 each. He get $500 deposit and $250 materials purchase fee and disappeared for the say. In the next day, he came at 2:30 pm, work for 30 mins, and got the another $200, and disappeared. The 3rd day, the same,,,, until today, his total charge for the project from $1200 (includes labor and the materials) raised to $2300! We have paid $1800 to him and our project only completed about 30%. Today, he requested all money to continue the job, otherwise, he will put a lien to my property. He is a total criminal person. I checked with yelp and found out he always did the same thing to people. Be careful this Victor.
