First walked in and was greeted by Martin , very nice gentleman wasnt pushy at all. When I let him know I was interested with a couch he had, He gave me the deal of the century. But with me being a frugal shopper , I went to 12 other furniture stores in the area trying to find a deal. Their wasnt a better deal then Martins! I came back a week later and said I wanted the couch! I WANTED IT SO BAD , I WANTED TO TAKE THE ONE OFF THE SHOWCASE FLOOR. He talked me into waiting a few days to get a new one. I SAID OK! They ordered it for me . And it showed up a week later. Free delivery free set up. The delivery guys were pleasant and helpful. The lady , which I believe is is wife was very polite and helpful as well. I'm 47 yrs old and have bought a lot of furniture in my life , no one has done better with exceeding the standards of customer service ever. I WILL BUY ALL MY FURNITURE , from Mratins for the rest of my life. Thank you for the great experience as well as the new Sectional couch I'm sitting on

The whole staff here is extremely helpful and very friendly. Your satisfaction and comfort are definitely their priority. I highly recommend them for the next time you are looking for furniture at a good price.
