I went to Martin’s on mayflower rd here in south bend in, to try to return 2 items (one of them with receipt the other item with out receipt) and guess what the lady who was helping me said that i can’t return any of my items not even the one with receipt. I paid over $30 some dollars on both of them. Worst customer service ever and the lady was so rude.. very disappointed

I've had nothing but good experience here. : ) the employees are so friendly & personable. The manager is so very kind. If one has a problem, they can simply talk to an employee, and they'll help you.
: )) if you're a jerk, then yes, you'll probably get the less happy version of someone. But you'll still treated with respect and listened to. Anywho, 10/10 store. 10/10 Starbucks. Super duper clean. And super duper over all.

Make sure your kids have a tetanus shot before you put them into a cart here. Not sure what happened to all the new carts that were here when the store opened but they have been replaced with these rusty carts. Please replace these!
