I had a poor experience at this location. I found the nursing staff of one of the neurologists here to be extremely condescending, cold and indifferent when dealing with patients families. The 3-4 month wait to get in to see the neurologists is frustrating too. Stop accepting new patients if you don't have time to see your current ones who are actually struggling under your poor care. Our doctor listened to literally nothing we said and his answer to everything was to increase the meds to toxic levels while my childs health continued to deteriorate. We luckily found a new neurologist since, who has determined what the issue is and came up with a new efficient treatment plan. And to the man who made a rude statement below about someone else's negative review- the only thing I found unfortunate about that review was your need to try to invalidate it because you didn't agree with it. Just because someone else had a different experience than you, doesn't mean their point of view is innacurate. This review platform is here for EVERYONE to share their review, not just you. Grow up.
