I have been bringing my children to this pediatrics clinic for over a decade. Since a recent doctor has retired this office has gone down in client public relations. First issue started when one of my children needed a refill prescription. Dr. Office sent prescription to the pharmacy, where I found out a mass shortage has been happening. The pharmacy had not had the medication in months. I called the nurse and after conversing with the nurse, I was told to call around and ask to see if other pharmacies had it in stock. None of the pharmacies had this medication. I was at the end of my rope. Upon me going into pediatrics to find an alternative I was told by the nurse she knew this particular medication was hard to find. I wanted to ask, you knew this and still sent me on a day with using my time to call around for the medication to be at square one at the end of calling. Finally I got an alternative medication prescribed. Fast forward a few weeks later when my other child had a well check-up appointment. Who knew that parking would be such a huge issue at MultiCare. I circled the lot at least five times to find a parking spot. To finally get up to the clinic office to find out we were too late for my child to see the doctor. Had the office called me, I would have explained I was looking for parking. Tried calling the doctor's office but due to higher than usual calls to the MultiCare switchboard I was unable to explain my situation. I took time off of work for this appointment and accomplished nothing. Upon leaving another mother was carrying her child (3 or 4 years old) and running into Multicare. I can only imagine what would have happened if she fell. No parent should have to be turned away or put themselves in position to potentially getting hurt because of not being able to find parking. Another lady in elevator said she had to park at Red Canoe Credit Union and walk over. I am sure that this business likes to share parking. What do I expect....a sincere apology from pediatrics. A call from Multicare in response to parking and how each office will handles delayed patrons from getting into the clinic. A way to call the doctor's office directly or have the office call five minutes past the appointment to find out what is happening. Sent this in email too.

I have never seen a clinic so disorganized and uncomfortable to be in at the same time. I have never felt so much stress and pressure to be in a clinic that is supposed to be welcoming, and instead I felt that it was the wrong place to go to even though it's the closest from home. Lesson learned quality is better than distance. We will never return to this location. A child should be exposed to a warm and caring environment, especially one who is sick. I am very disappointed at how mine was treated here.

If zero stars was an option that's what I'd give. Scheduling staff is clearly under trained in Scheduling and customer service! Refuse to see new patient for anything but a new patient appointment! My son was scheduled to be seen for ongoing ear issues and infection had this appointment made even after speaking with multiple reps no problems... morning of I called and am denied appointment and told he can't come in until nothing is wrong with him. Can't just make ear infections go away! Was denied to speak to clinic team or management as well as Scheduling supervisor. Given no help! We will never visit this clinic or any marybridge clinic.
