Just called them, reception lady was extremely rude. Our child has a speech difficulties. We have got referral for our child 2 months ago for speech therapy to this clinic. 2 months this clinic promised to call back and make an appointment. They never called back. We called them multiple times, and every time they transferred call to "referral specialist", who was never available and never called back on voice mails. Instead of spending time and make other people nervous, they just need to say once, that they do NOT want to provide service to a child.
