I took my daughter to Dr. Cannon and I think we've found the right pediatrician for us. Dr. Cannon answered all of my questions in detail and honestly she has such a charming personality. I've been to several doctors in the area who are just plain rude, or completely dismiss any of my concerns, and Dr. Cannon made me feel comfortable with her. Bonus points because my babe seemed to like her as well!

I used to go here when I was a child. Both of MY children have gone here as well. It used to be the best around. I still like the care that my child receives, however how do you have a pediatricians office that NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE? Not for appointments, not for questions, NEVER. I find this unacceptable and am seriously considering changing my child's Dr office. They also used to offer wonderful classes. No longer. Since Multicare took over the office, I have NOT been impressed. Again, the quality of care from the nurses and doctors is still excellent and I really like them.

The Behavior Clinic stated vía a voicemail they are not a good fit for my child however I did not speak to a doctor/provider nor is there any documentation in my child’s MyChart providing a reason why. They emailed me a poorly scanned pamphlet for a clinic in Kitsap County that only takes Medicaid patients - which we are not- as a next step but the email contained no text just the attachment. They never answer their phone and you can’t leave a message after hours. Joke of a clinic.
