We had the honor of working with Mary to purchase our first home. She was understanding of our priorities and needs and never pressured us to spend more than we wanted. Mary worked very quickly to set up showings for us which was super important as homes were often only on the market for a couple of days. She took the time to explain the process and paperwork in detail to us which was extremely helpful for first time home buyers. Mary is a wonderful realtor & person and we really enjoyed our time with her! We cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a great real estate agent in Spokane.

Mary was great to work with! She was very thorough in providing comps and helping us decide on a realistic price to ask for our home. She then gave us all kinds of tips to prepare the home for showings. Her marketing was outstanding, and we were very fortunate to have a quick sale at our asking price. She was continually in touch after the sale, keeping us advised of the closing process. I would not hesitate to recommend Mary to anyone!
