I have been going to Marysville Family Med for nearly 30 years. I have always received great care . So sad to see Dr. Clark retire but also very happy for him to enjoy retired life. I met Andy Kruse for the first time today and we are off to a great start. I have many problems after getting hit by a truck. He helped me sort them out and set me up with referrals to see specialists. I really catch believe it has been 30 years. I would give ten stars if it was possible.
I was terminated here for missing a $15 copay from a video call for my daughter. They sent us to collections. We paid it once we found out about it. They did not even mention this to us when we went in for other concerns. Once terminated, they would not refill prescriptions to bridge to our first appointment with our new provider. This would s medication is for cholesterol and psych medicine for anyone in the family. As I explained this, the woman at the front desk just glared at me like I was some kind of animal. I make six figures and been at my job for over 25 years. This medication has been prescribed to us for years, and is dangerous to not taper off. Medical providers should honor their oath and stop running like a corporation. I was only asking for enough to taper off safely.
They have compromised the health of me and my family over a $15 copay which we payed once we knew about.
