Water had backed up in a shower and we could not flush any toilets. Jerry came out and went into the crawl space to determine where the blockages were. He snaked the shower line from the outside drain and was able to clear it. After working to clear a plugged line at the other end of the house, he was able to clear it to.

When Jerry had finished, we mentioned that one of our heat pumps was not working. He looked at the unit, and quickly determined that a capacitor had gone out, and needed to be replaced. He replaced it, and we now have heat, and were able to cancel an appointment we had with a heat pump company.

My wife mentioned that we had to take quick showers before our hot water ran out. Jerry determined that the lower heating element was bad in the hot water heater. He replaced the element and saved us from making yet another appointment to have this checked out.
