We hired Mass & Mass LLC to remove old shingles and replace with new ones. We selected this company to give us a bid based on the reviews we read describing Wilson's honesty, integrity, high quality of work and reasonable prices. We are very pleased that we hired this company. Wilson worked with us to accommodate my work schedule. He put the type of shingles we wanted, the best underlayment for this type of shingle, high quality metal flashings and drip edge everywhere. He also replaced old plastic vents with metal ones and replaced our skylight. He installed the correct type of roof vent for our range hood in place of a regular attic vent we had, and replaced some damaged wood. The crew accomplished the project in two days, they had to reschedule once due to weather. The crew was highly skilled and worked hard to do a good job, they left the area around the house clean, did not damage anything. The cost was very reasonable and we paid exactly what was quoted. Mass & Mass LLC came and inspected our roof following a minor roof leak. We had had several other companies out, and all wanted to replace our roof. Our insurance inspector had told us we needed only minor repairs.
When Wilson came out he located the leak in about 10 minutes. A crew was here 2 days later, and repairs were made without any fuss. We’re very happy with this company’s service.
