I came to Sheri with both acute (and blinding) wrist/arm pain and overall general discomfort. In just one session she immensely alleviated both. She listened to me when I told her about my pain and added her own expertise to come up with a plan for treatment. I have felt like other practitioners often ignore me, so this felt very welcoming. She communicated with me during the massage in the most natural way, making sure that I was comfortable and experiencing relief. In addition to her overall high level of care and attention, I also greatly appreciated her knowledge about my body and recent childbirth. She intuitively knew where I may have discomfort and integrated that into her treatment. Overall, Sheri provided one of the best massage experiences I have ever had.

Sheri is an amazing therapist. She listens, she adapts, and she truly cares about your issues and wanting you to heal. I had neck and shoulder pain for years before I went to see her. She worked hard to get me feeling normal again. I highly recommend!
