I reached 10:02 for my 10am appointment. They first made me do a lot of writing, then offered to do a 40 minutes service when it was paid for 60minutes 175$+tax+tips. I tried to discuss it as I found it unfair for such an expensive service. Then they refused any service and refused to cash out my gift card

I’ve been trying to cancel this membership for so long. I got it pre pandemic and I am never using any of the services. They don’t respond my emails or either answer my calls. Do not get scammed by them

I have a monthly subscription to get massages here and I'm happy I signed up. It is well worth it. I highly recommend their services.
