I believe this is my first review for Massage Envy in North Hollywood. I've been a Massage Envy member for a few years now pre & post pandemic at different locations. I will say that I was considering discontinuing my membership because I wanted to save money, but decided to continue my membership because the North Hollywood location is great. First of all, is black woman owned (owner is awesome). Secondly, they hire people from all walks of life (as it shoud be). I love Cassandra for my facials and just had a massage with Olena and she was fantastic! Keep up the good work! I will make sure to make it work financially to continue my self care routine.

I am always so thrilled to come in and have Becky work her magic. I’ve been seeing her for some time now and she always checks in with me before starting to make sure she customizes the massage to my needs.

Jose had me ready to propose! Listened any time I asked for adjustment, but honestly by the second massage with him he remembered all of my preferences. Definitely my favorite therapist. Will be requesting him from now on!!!
