READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING UP, don’t take their word on anything. No way to cancel if you move, they charge extra for transferring credits after you’ve already paid, and they will only transfer 1 credit at a time within 6 months.
I don’t like writing negative reviews but when it’s money out of my pocket given for free to a big company I need to make sure others are aware. $525 for no services rendered.
On a side note, all the customer services reps were very nice. They just gave me the facts and advised the policy in a nice way.

First time here; received a facial and massage. Professional service desk and booking was easy online Waiting area is quiet but lacks spa qualities Facial was standard, more a facial massage than a deep dive into skin care; you have to pay extra fees for deeper cleanse/service Upsell wasn't pushy but more recommendations Massage was lovely in listening to my pressure preferences, no excessive talking but caution not the full 1hr, but 50 minutes.
