2 stars because my husband had a wonderful experience with his massage therapist, Rae, but I did not. My massage therapist, Marci, gave me her whole life story while working on me, I know everything about her now, rather than giving me time to relax she talked the whole time, and the last 5 minutes she spent just stroking my hair, it started out as a scalp massage but she got so into telling me about her boyfriend that she seemed to get distracted and was just stroking/finger combing my hair. Would go back only if I got a different massage therapist.

I have always had a great experience here. I can't wait until my next massage that sometimes I book an extra massage before my next one is due. The Massage Therapists are always professional, listen to my needs and preform good massage work. I definitely recommend joining Massage Heights. Ask for Nick or Ivan, be sure to book in advance they book up quickly.

Went in for a birthday massage at the intro discounted rate. Marked and mentioned that I wanted a deep tissue massage and asked the therapist for more pressure but didn’t really meet my expectation. Called back in on the drive home to see what kind of remediation to be done and was offered the intro rate again for a different massage. The people are nice. Policy to make it right did not meet my expectations
