Like this place a lot - quality cleans and quick turnaround. I did get charged $25 to have a sweatshirt cleaned at the rate of a jacket because it has a hood (?). Pointed at my actual jacket which I wore to pickup to which I was told "They're the same" (they weren't). Felt dishonest. Will gladly adjust this rating once resolved.

Warning: Master Craft cleaners lie, deny & gaslight if they damage or fail to clean your items.

Longtime customer confronted them about failure to clean & scotchguard (primary reason item taken to them). As well as their creation of new, larger stains. Master Craft stated original stains won’t come out. However I removed a few with hand soap & cold water to find out if possible. ZERO concern for long time customer, their failure to do the work paid for; let alone reimburse $100’s paid for alleged cleaning. Good cleaner until they aren’t.
