It was the best decision we made in California. We bought a new construction house in Lincoln area and moved from Texas. We had no friends or family to get recommendations or advice.
So we tried to get estimate from three different contractors and we choose Mastermax, simply we could trust them after meeting with Eugene and Mike.
They did excellent work more than what I expected. This team represents two words, HONEST and PROFESSIONALISM.
Also, the team ( Jeremy, Sean, Alex, and Pedro.. )is so awesome! They respect our any kind of concerns and applied right away.
I love my backyard patio cover and freestanding patio with a screen!
Most importantly, they didn't charge extra for using premium quality materials(artificial grass and stepping pave stones) with my extra requests. They stay in the estimate ~~ I am so happy.
Grateful for their hard work!
I wanted to have an awning over the patio which would be able to retract. I quoted several times and finally went with MasterMax builders for their reputation and clear quote.
They communicated well over the entire process and came to install it even before the promised time.
The awning looks beautiful and is exactly what we wanted. It looks very sturdy.
A few things to note. They only took check payment. There was something with the credit card that didn't work with them, but I don't recall what that was. They may have asked for 3%.
The installation was nice, but they missed to paint few parts and didn't install back the lights I had correctly. They did come back with no questions asked and repaired these things.
The awning itself had a faulty engine and didn't operate correctly. They were very prompt in communication and self-followed up. It took several re-tries to repair the matter as it wasn't clear to them what was going on. They replaced one thing after another and finally replaced the engine and the issue did not occur.
The MasterMax Builders did take care of the issue and were very communicative and did give good service. I would recommend them, but I did have an issue with getting the item set up to function correctly.
