I have had Mathew out to my house 2 times for pipe breaks in my sprinkler systems. He came out within several days of my call, fixed it both times, and charged a very reasonable rate

We had Artificial Turf installed in our front yard by Matthew Pistelli Landscaping in 2018. Post installation we had a problem with a spot sinking in the front. We had to call more than once to have him come out. The "fix" didn't work so we called several times again. At first he said he'd come out and fix it…..he didn't….and now doesn't return phone calls. Poor work and bad customer service.

I'm so disappointed, Matthew came out to my house in Hemet to give me a bid on artificial turf. His quote was very competitive. In fact we decided to have him do the job. Matthew said he was a week or so out before he could start. Well that time came and went no call to update me on starting my job. I had to call him to get an update. Matthew stopped returning my calls all together. We ended up going with another contractor.
