I could't sell my DTLA loft for almost a year. I had given up and was ready to short sale or foreclose. Matias reached out to me after my real estate agent had given up. I thought Matias was blowing smoke up my you know what when he said he could sell my loft in 15 days. Well he did, not only that but he sold it for more than what I thought was possible in the bad housing market. I would definitely have him sell my next property.
