Saving customers passwords in plaintext is a big privacy breech and a huge vulnerability. I received an email from them with my login credentials including my password in plaintext. This means the support personnel can log into my account an change my drivers' log for which my company will be liable.
I contacted support and explained the level of importance they should treat this issue with, but they simple created a ticket and gave me a reference number. I will be looking to switch to a more serious company that hires professional software developers who know that software needs to be hashed before saving so that only the user knows what it is.
