We have worked with Matrix Roofing and Waterproofing on several large condominium projects. The roof inspections are free and thorough, which our Board of Directors appreciates. They are proactive in identifying specific issues with the roofs and providing solutions such as re-sloping the roofs or building throughs, so water reaches the roof drains. They are certified to install various roofing materials such as torch-down modified bitumen roofs, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofs, cool roofing systems, and asphalt shingles to name a few and offer manufacturer backed warranties. A dedicated supervisor is present throughout the installation process, so all issues are addressed in real time. We are happy with their response times to emergency services, especially after uncommonly heavy storms. We enjoy our relationship with them and know that we can trust them to do their very best to take care of all our roofing needs.

The owner, Slava is always available for any questions or concerns before, during and after the installation. I highly recommend Matrix Roofing.
