We worked with James and team - operations were extremely efficient even when folks were out of the office. Our family was supported in getting a good budget set for preapproval, and it was a breeze during the offer process. Our lender was solid so our offer was accepted with no problem. Things were seamless all the way until closing day, even while dealing with a minor hiccup at the last minute on our end. Thanks to the team for making this home purchase happen for us!
