I've been a client with Matt Flinn's office for over a decade and I have had the pleasure to refer his office to my family. In a recent conversation with Sally she quickly returned my call and provided very positive help in working a claim. She is always supportive, friendly and very well informed in providing "best alternatives" in guiding me through claims. Matt Flinn's agency with State Farm represented us for 11 years in the Seattle area. I have been super impressed with their promptness, responsiveness, and competence. On multiple occasions, they've contacted me to inform me of an opportunity to lower my premiums. I can say without a doubt, it has been a 100% positive experience. The only reason we're not still with them is that we acquired property in another state where State Farm doesn't insure.
