I share the same sentiments as the other reviews. I have a membership for my kids to enjoy the open swim and just about every time we go, we have to turn around and go home. They don't have enough lifeguards, and they never alert people signed up for open swim until you get there in person. It's such a disappointment every time. Going to cancel our membership. I would give it zero stars, but I can't.

The young funk kids life guard always on the phone they are not attentive..the front desk with a bunch of young people doesn't even know how to communicate and sucks service. Some teenagers swimming with their sweat darks pants they don't even say anything for the dress code disgusting...this place needs more training and educator.
