Dr. Bremmer is exceptionally good at his profession. However there was a long waiting period for an appointment, and billing for service provided was not clear. On my 15 minute appointment, I was charged a copay for an office call, and later received another $350 charge for a punch biopsy procedure. The biopsy charge was a surprise as I was unaware of any additional cost until receiving the bill in the mail. The bill stated that it was due upon receipt, and if I did not pay within 30 days I would be charged interest and turned over to a collection agency. Maybe that is standard wording but I felt it offensive. The cost estimate on google was less than $100 for this type of procedure. After calling and complaining to the providers billing department I was refunded the copay for the office call.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Bremmer and everyone I interacted with in his office. Dr. Bremmer was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. He took the time to explain everything making me feel confident in his care and trust in his recommendations. I didn't have to wait long to be brought back to a room or be seen by Dr. Bremmer. Everything moved along quickly from the time I arrived to the leaving the appointment.

Very disappointed. After 2 visits to an urgent care to try to resolve an ugly and uncomfortable issue that they were not able to resolve with medication I had to wait two months for the appointment and was denied to see him for being 5 minutes late. Staff was uncaring to my need to be seen. No one even asked what I needed to be seen for. For the best, I need a Dr. that cares more about what is going on with me than their schedule. I would not even give them one star, but I had to ,in order to leave my comments. The staff has no heart it’s all business.
