Professional, Responsive, Knowledgeable and Patient. My wife and I met Matt at an open house and bonded over our shared love of boxing, so when he promised to “fight” for our best interest as clients I had the highest of expectations. Matt not only met those expectations, he has blown them away. Whether 6am or 11pm, I knew Matt was going to respond and take action, which I truly believe made the difference in this crazy competitive market we all find ourselves competing in. No matter how many properties we requested to view Matt never made us feel like we were wasting his time (which I can’t say about Realtors we have worked with in the past). His persistent confidence in our ability to find the right property for our needs carried us through the long sometimes frustrating process of looking for real estate in today’s market. It has been 4 months since we purchased our first property with Matt and can say with 100% certainty that we have a realator for life and can’t wait to go after our next property! Without question I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who needs the services of a competent, well qualified real estate professional hire Matthew Rutherford, because I know he will fight for you the same way he has for my family.

I can’t even put into words how incredible Matthew was throughout the selling process. What should have been a stressful situation was immediately put at ease by Matthew. He’s knowledgeable on the area and market, proactive in marketing and has a light hearted, comedic personality that you can’t help but love! I moved out of state, but if I were to stay in the state, I would only use Matthew for buying and selling. Highly recommend!

Matt was awesome. We started with an agent who had seemingly good reviews but we quickly found was not a good match. My wife met Matt at an open house and felt very comfortable with him. Matt was extremely candid and honest throughout the process. He was considered about getting us the right house, not just a house. Matt was dedicated and thorough. His experience in the Tacoma area was priceless. Can’t recommend enough. Use Matt if you want to buy
