ashton is truly exceptional! he came highly recommended by our contractor when we had to relocate our washing machine from the basement to the kitchen. his work on this task was outstanding. as one would expect with an older house, we faced a series of plumbing and heating issues in quick succession, including the need for a new water heater and pipe replacements. throughout all this, ashton has shown an impressive level of professionalism. he's always quick to respond, punctual, and his work is of superior quality. we've had various tradesmen and professionals visit our house, and they've all praised the plumbing and piping work. some even referred to it as a 'masterpiece' - all thanks to ashton. we couldn't be happier with the services of matthew & sons plumbing & electric.

In my previous experience, the plumber I hired didn't follow proper procedure and left without the required inspection and permit. Fortunately, I decided to give Wyatt a call this time. His team arrived in SeaTac the very next day, providing quick and affordable services. They demonstrated professionalism and I was thoroughly impressed. when my water tank filter burst open and caused flooding, i quickly shut off the water and contacted matthew & sons plumbing & electric. even though it was outside regular business hours, ashton, who was on-call, answered my call. he informed me that he wouldn't have the necessary materials to fix my issue until the following day, but assured me that a dispatcher would contact me to arrange an appointment. much to my surprise, ashton rang me back shortly after our initial call and proposed to come out and install a temporary flex hose fix. this would ensure that water supply to my house was restored. he gave me a quote for the service call which i readily accepted. ashton arrived promptly and installed the temporary solution which restored our household water supply. the next day, the dispatcher from matthew & sons plumbing & electric got in touch to schedule an appointment for the filter assembly replacement. to my delight, they called early in the day to ask if i could accommodate an earlier visit from the plumber. ashton was back at my place within 30 minutes with the new assembly and swiftly installed it. he was friendly, professional, and polite. as a regular customer of matthew & sons plumbing & electric for annual maintenance of my tankless water system, i've always found their response to be prompt and professional. a big thank you to ashton and the entire team.
