As others have said, Jonathan was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable, kind, and patient. We didn’t feel pressured at all, he helped us pick out accessories too, and we LOVE the Tempur-Pedic mattress he helped us pick out even though my partner and I had different preferences. We went during Labor Day when they had good sales/deals!

Kevin was so helpful and very nice. We had a delightful chat as he was writing up my order.
I particularly like the fact that this is a local business, with the store in Ballard and the factory in Puyallup. I'm always happy to support local people.
I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm in Ballard if you're looking for a good deal and friendly, helpful folks.
