Came in a couple of months ago because springs had broken in my bed. Not terribly but enough to go and consider a new mattress. Met Jeremy and he gave me the rundown and showed me the right mattresses I should be looking for when it came to my specific needs(support, cooling, sinking in) initially showed me a cheaper option and I liked it but I wanted one to last so I decided to think on it for awhile. Fast forward to yesterday when I absolutely needed a bed immediately. Jeremy took care of me in the best way, super patient and answered my 1001 questions because mattresses are a big purchase. Ended up getting a more quality one because it just made sense. The pay link process was easy and simple. Just a tiny hiccup when it comes to some confusion about the addresses but other than that, super easy. Called after finishing to make sure everything was good and TJ was 9n hand to answer my questions and confirmed that the order went through and everything looked good.
Definitely would send people to this mattress firm to get solid information and honest answers/feedback when it comes to buying a mattress.
