Rachel’s comprehensive knowledge about all the different beds is impressive! Who knew buying a new bed would be so confusing? She helped us through the process and was extremely patient with all our questions. She then helped us get the best deal on our new bed! Jess and her team were great to work with. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They very graciously put up with me while I tried the mattresses I was interested in over multiple days. They have one of the best return/exchange policies in town and they could get the mattress to me in just a couple days. Highly recommend.

Jess was an amazing salesperson. When we told her we were learning about beds she answered all questions and never pushed us into a sale. She was very kind and helpful. So glad after doing our shopping at other stores we came back to Mattress Firm.
