Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, willing to work with your budget and help you get the best deals. They look out for each other to, which was a plus. If they care about each other they'll care for you.

We talked with the Mattress Firm employee as we entered the store and she helped us find exactly what we needed. She was so helpful, pulling up different styles on the computer to choose from and answered all our questions. We ordered what we needed and am now waiting for our items to be shipped. Easy, comfortable and on point service.
