Came in today to buy a mattress and had a great experience with Eldridge. He walked us through the options clearly in a way that helped us make sense of the different types of mattresses and hone in our preference. He was very patient with our many questions and our slow decision making and when we did make a purchase, we left feeling great about the decision. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a new mattress. Shopping online was overwhelming and stressful and our experience in store was the complete opposite. This is one of those things you should just do in person and you won’t regret it.

Alex has done it once again! I was in my 120 day trial and decided to exchange my mattress, when I came in he remember me and knew everything about my previous mattress. He explained to me about the new mattress I exchanged it for and provided me with enough knowledge to make a decision. He pays attention to detail and to his customers. I was all over the shop trying out mattresses while he was on the computer doing the exchange and he was still able to explain things and drop little gems about the mattresses I was trying out ! It’s always a yes with mattress firm!

Upon arrival at Mattress Firm, Eldridge provided us with his full attention regarding our needs. There was no pressure. He was patient with us older folks. We highly recommend him.
