My husband and I had the best shopping experience with Kenneth and Lynn today. As soon as we entered the store we were warmly welcomed with a happy greeting and smiles. They both were very professional, friendly, and clearly educated on the inventory. They used team work with us and other customers and happily showed us around the store with a plethora of options. Thank you Kenneth and Lynn for helping us find our new serta plush mattress and power adjustable base.

Came in to buy a mattress for the first time and could not be happier with our experience! Lynn was super knowledgeable and helpful, she was able to guide me through finding the perfect mattress for my sleep style and budget! Kenneth was also super helpful with my questions about bed frames! A really lovely shopping experience, highly recommend!!

We shopped in several other mattress stores and felt overwhelmed by the options and cluttered environment of mattresses packed tight like sardines. Our experience at Mattress Firm was different and nothing short of exceptional. Kenneth is a mattress whiz; he helped us identify several mattresses to meet our needs (firmness, pressure point relief, construction). In the end, since several were amazingly comfortable, we chose based on price point and we got a great deal. I can’t wait for our new mattress and appreciate the generous 4 month trial period to make sure our mattress is just right. I highly recommend the Federal Way Mattress Firm location!
