I've been sleeping on a waterbed for more than 40 years and decided to make a change to something with the comfort and support of what I've been use to. After several on line brand comparisons and reviews I decided on the Purple brand. I went to Mattress Firm at Gresham Station. On my first visit I was helped by Jeff. He answered all my questions and suggested a mattress that might be a good replacement for my waterbed, again the Purple brand. I narrowed it down to the RestorePremier Cool touch. At no point did I feel pressured to buy. I let Jeff know this was my first stop and I wanted to do further comparisons. Jeff was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. About a week later after shopping around I made my decision and went back to the Gresham Station location. Jeff was off and Shawn helped me with a few additional questions, some I'd asked before. Shawn was also very helpful and had great product knowledge. Also no pressure. I wound up buying the Purple mattress and the model mentioned before. It's nice to know I have 120 days to change my mind but given the recommendations and info by Jeff and Shawn I'm pretty comfortable in my decision. Kudos to Jeff and Shawn.

Shawn Gordon went above and beyond when I needed his assistance with a warranty claim issue. His Customer Service was second to none. He made me feel that my problem was his only concern and he didn’t stop until the issue was on the way towards resolution. I can only hope the next representative in this process is half as well prepared as Shawn was in prioritizing my concerns. Thank you Shawn.

Shawn at the Gresham Station location really made the process easy. We mostly knew what we were after, but with his guidance and advice found a mattress that suited us better than what we had in mind. Thanks again Shawn.
