Just walked out of Mattress Firm feeling great about the attentive, knowledgeable, friendly service I got from Spencer. I just moved into town and need a bed, and I’ve been into several places and was kind of overwhelmed by the choices. Spencer immediately helped me figure out what I need; and helped track down the right mattress for me. Spencer was the best! He patiently answered all my questions and found me an unbelievable deal. Originally he found my preferred mattress in their outlet for $1,000 off, but before we finished financing, someone else had purchased it. He searched far and wide to get me as close to that clearance price as possible by getting a big discount on the adjustable base. Definitely worth shopping in-person!
