James was so helpful and understanding during our visit to Mattress Firm!! I brought my 4yo with me today, and considering typical store etiquette for children.. James really helped lighten the mood and load. Would recommend this location for anyone intimidated by the “big box stores,” and their employees- to find someone like James!

Michael was awesome! Spent lots of time with us and tested out multiple mattresses to find the right feel. Helped us work within our budget and was thorough in explaining sleep positions. This is a good place to find a mattress!

I was looking for a mattress for my son who can't walk. He was looking for a firm mattress and wanted to make sure the the height was correct so he can get in his wheelchair. The sales person and manager made sure we got the best mattress to help my son. I left satisfied with the service I received.
