Latoya was an amazing rep, she is very knowledgeable and gave us a very thorough tour of all the different mattresses that were within our preferences. We ended up purchasing a Purple mattress with an adjustable base and we are really happy with the deal we got. Will definitely be recommending anyone who needs a mattress to see her!!

Nicole at the Mattress Firm Lynnwood store is brilliant. We bought two king mattresses from Nicole in the last few months and she found solutions to making them work with our existing bed frames that we wanted to keep.
I now realize that much training is necessary to be an expert in your industry, it's more than just selling a mattress.
We appreciated going to your store and laying on as many matresses as we wanted. Nicole asked questions that gave her the information she needed to direct us to the best choices for us. And she was right.
You can't do that by ordering online.

Shopping at this Mattress Firm store in Lynnwood was a spectacular experience. The sleep expert Nicole was very knowledgeable of the products available, and her advice was very helpful. I learned so much about beds, materials, bed frame, pillows, and sheets that I never knew before. Nicole also gathered available information from us to set us up for the perfect bed that met all our needs. I could not ask for a better expert to guide us through a seamless process and experience. If there were 10 stars feedback sheet I would choose them. Well I just could add them in my comments and a gold metal too!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🥇
