Brian was great! He immediately saw our need for children's twin bed and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. He was able to read the room and understood that we weren't looking for an upsell. We were so impressed by his knowledge we remembered us parents needed a mattress too and we ended up purchases one after Brian showed us the options .
