Mattress Firm in Novato is a great place to purchase a mattress. Our salesperson, Nik, was knowledgeable and listened to our needs. Store manager, Miguel, was most helpful as well. We had an excellent experience.

We came in just looking as most people do. Miguel was above and beyond. We tried a lot of beds and he was very knowledgeable about them all. Really focused on our needs and wants. We spent over an hour talking beds with miguel but then we left to discuss what we wanted. Came back a week or so later when we decided and miguel remembered us and was always friendly and professional. Highly recommend mattress firm and their wonderful staff.

It pains me to have to write this, but it seems I have no other recourse. We bought a $3000 mattress and the in-store experience was really nice. Our sleep expert was knowledgeable and fun to talk to. The trouble started when the mattress was delivered and the delivery team somehow managed to put a gaping hole in our ceiling. They denied it and what followed was weeks of gaslighting and victim blaming. I guess Mattress Firm will say that the delivery folks are contractors and not their problem, but for the amount of money spent I guess I'd hope they'd take a bit more ownership. Alas, this experience has really soured me on MattressFirm. In summary, you should watch the delivery folks when they deliver you mattress rather carefully. I hope mattress firm considers not using Cardinal Logistics for delivery in the future.
