Thought I would start the process of shopping for a mattress at Mattress Firm in Poulsbo and then go from place to place to find the right thing at the right price. Nope…. had an excellent experience and made my purchase with them the same day. Will get the mattress tomorrow but anticipate good things. Keely was our sales person and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Just delightful. So glad to not have to beat feet all over town or try to guess at internet mattresses I couldn’t try out.

I had the best experience purchasing my new Purple mattress here. The 2 ladies that help me took time to help me find just the right mattress. When I ran into a few obstacles regarding delivery and other things, they figured it all out for me. They were patient, informative and friendly. It was an enjoyable experience. I would definitely come back.
