Went to more than several bed stores. Ultimately we do like to buy locally. Mattress Firm had the brands we were interested in. Saleslady was Val, very personable, no pressure, gave us ample time, and we chose a different model TempurPedic we had not seen. Thanks to her.

Vel was well informed about the products and very personable. I wanted to buy an adjustable bed and mattress and she showed me options for the price range I wanted as well as a more expensive set to compare. She was very helpful and wasn't trying to hard sell me. She found some discounts which I was happy about. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend the Redmond mattress firm company to anyone shopping for a new bed.
