My experience with Nick and Joe was amazing! Nick listened to my current sleep challenges and carefully recommended a handful of options. He explained the products in great detail and the pros and cons of each. There was never pressure or the feeling of being upsold. Rather, Nicks ability to listen and educate me allowed me to make the best decision for my needs. I spent a couple of hours laying on different beds, asking lots of questions and was never rushed. Additionally, I was never asked if I wanted to purchase anything. They educated me so much that I was able to confidently make a choice that I felt no doubts about. I went into the store guarded and left feeling excited about my investment. I will never buy a bed anywhere else and will recommend Nick, Joe and Mattress Firm to anyone looking for not just a new bed but an exceptional experience

Joe was absolutely wonderful to work with, we went in to get a mattress for my toddler who had outgrown her small bed. We came in with a few specifics and he quickly had an idea of what would work for us. Found the right one and let us try it out and it was great. Thankfully it was one that came in a box so we could take it home that day. My daughter has been sleeping on it for the last week and I can honestly say she has not slept this well in a VERY long time. Thank you, Joe!

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate us on the range of mattress they sell. Joe made time for us to try various firmnesses with the appropriate pillows to match our sleeping styles. Then it was a matter of trying various mattresses that met our request. Joe to the time to explain the construction and expected life of each. Excellent experience.
