While I'm happy with the product NOW, a damaged product was delivered, (how? why?) on a Saturday since I work during the week. I then spent literally the rest of the afternoon PLEADING for delivery the next day since I had no bed to sleep in and work during the week. Finally, after calling the sales team AND distribution center myself numerous times, I secured a next day delivery with an undamaged product on a Sunday. This would not have happened if I did not intervene. My assessment is that the sales and fulfillment team have no idea what to do when glitches happen beyond what's best for the company. Somebody should have been on the phone STAT to say, "Sorry for the mistake and we're going to fix this NOW." AI took over with dopey texts and requests for "10" survey reviews. Fix these glitches, Mattress Firm, you and your fulfillment teams can do better, and a $9300.00 investment for a bed–deserves better.
