Jason helped us select the right mattress and pillows. Was very knowledgeable on the products. He gave us a good deal too. Would recommend if anyone is looking for a mattress and is getting confused in selecting the right one.

I just got married, and as newlyweds will know you often need a king size bed. However I just immigrated into the country as well, so I had a budget to meet.

Jason was exceptionally friendly and kind, he did not push me to a higher product as he understood that I needed to stay within my budget.

He helped me find a really good deal on a better mattress that my new wife really likes.

I don’t intend to buy a new mattress anytime soon as I’ve just bought one, but if I had to I would 100% recommend people to come see Jason at Mattress Firm. He was very personable, and understanding.

My wife and I made a couple of visits to the store in the "Main Street" plaza (at Blossom Hill Rd. & Santa Teresa Blvd.). On both visits, we received excellent customer service from Robert. He was helpful and knowledgeable, and his input helped us narrow down the selection and find a great option. He was generous with his time, but what we appreciated was he was never pushy on trying to close the sale. Thank you Robert for helping us select our new bed and giving us a great customer experience.
