The people that work there were nice. My problem was with my mattress. When I got home I ripped the plastic open and realize that there was a lot of moisture in side the plastic and when I touch the mattress the corner of it was very wet. I immediately called mattress firm they were very apologetic. But it really sucks because I had given them my mom's old mattress and the warehouse had just closed.

The guys here seem pretty nice. They allow you to park overnight, they don't seem to take too long to unload you either. I have been there twice and had little less than a half a truckload for them and I was in and out in less than an hour.

Shea helped me with my difficult location to get my bed shipped out to me. She were patient, funny and got my issue resolved quickly without hassle. Deserves a RAISE and a free iced coffee for the rest of her days there.
